Implementing Technology into the classroom

Through this semester there have been many different applications that I could apply to Physical Education.  One that I want to start implementing would be using google forums to collect data from students like attendance and Heart rate during activities.  My whole fifth grade has laptops that they can bring to the gym for class.

I learned a lot of different video formats in a workshop I took with Jim.  I feel that knowing the formats now will aid in saving final projects and publishing video to the Internet.

Also within physical education I can use pod casts to instruct a station work.  Students can listen to the instructions and if I created video pod casts they could view the example of the activity.  I would make digital lesson plans so if I was absent the students could perform the activities.
